Eric Allen founded Souled Out Ministries, Inc. in 2015, fueled by his unwavering passion for ministry that ignited in 2007. With a rich background in music ministry as a choir director and drummer, he has profoundly impacted the lives of at-risk youth as a youth pastor, motivational speaker, and case manager on Milwaukee’s north side. Having previously served as a Case Manager and ServSafe Instructor for Westcare’s Face Forward and Power of Harambee Youth Employment Collaborative Programs, Eric holds an associate degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Cascades University in Sedro-Woolley, Washington, along with an Associate of Theology from Grace Christian College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since his arrival in Milwaukee in 1999, Eric has wholeheartedly dedicated himself to various roles, including Youth Activity Specialist at the Next-Door Foundation, Physical Education Teacher at Learning Enterprises, Program Manager for Career Youth Development, and Corporate Trainer for Applebee’s International in Danville, Virginia. As a motivational speaker, he has inspired countless individuals alongside legends like Les Brown, captivating audiences at Marquette Boys High School and significant community events. Moreover, Eric is the founder and coach of Milwaukee’s Court Masters Basketball Team. His impactful work has graced platforms such as Positively Milwaukee, The Morning Blend, Channel 4 News, Fox 6 News, and Jeanetta Robinson’s radio show. With numerous awards and heartfelt letters recognizing his extraordinary contributions, Eric embodies the essence of community service and motivation.
